We aim to respond to quotation requests within one working day. Complex or multi-instrument tenders may take longer, and we will tell you if so.
Items we hold in stock can ship immediately. Indent items are typically four to ten weeks depending on the manufacturer and configuration. Your quotation states the lead time.
Yes. We regularly supply universities, hospitals and government laboratories, and can provide the documentation, certificates and compliance statements tenders require.

Almost certainly. The catalogue is a curated selection, not the limit of what we source. We can supply other models from our partner manufacturers, competing makes, and accessories or consumables for instruments you already own. Yes. We hold authorised reseller agreements with our manufacturing partners. Equipment comes with manufacturer warranty and factory technical support behind it.

Service, repair & parts
Yes. We service and repair instruments regardless of where they were purchased, subject to parts availability for the make and model.
Yes. Our engineers attend site across Pakistan. Some repairs are better done in our Lahore workshop, and we will tell you which applies.
Yes. We calibrate against reference standards and issue certificates stating that traceability, suitable for audit and regulatory inspection.
An Annual Maintenance Contract covers scheduled preventive visits, priority response, discounted parts and usually annual recalibration. For instruments where downtime stops production or testing, it typically costs less than a single emergency breakdown.
Send us the instrument make, model and serial number, plus a photo of the part if you have one. We will identify it and quote a replacement. Many common wear parts are already in stock in Lahore.
Installation & training
Installation is quoted with the instrument. For most analytical equipment we strongly recommend it — incorrect installation is a common cause of early failures and failed qualification.
Yes, for instruments where it applies. This is standard for pharmaceutical and regulated laboratory customers.
Yes. Basic operator training is included on installation day, and we offer deeper method and troubleshooting training separately.
