Every instrument we supply is installed by our own engineers, not left in a crate for your team to work out.

What's included

  • Pre-delivery site survey — power, bench space, ventilation, gas and water services
  • Unpacking, assembly, levelling and connection
  • Installation Qualification (IQ) with signed documentation
  • Operational Qualification (OQ) against manufacturer specification
  • Performance Qualification (PQ) using your own methods and samples
  • Operator handover and basic training on the day
